 This guide has been created to make scheduled maintenance service costs very transparent - in other words to avoid nasty surprises when you come to pay for your service.
In order to achieve this, and make it very simple to determine the exact cost of your service, we require you to know the service model code, build date, VIN (vehicle identification number) and the service your car is due for eg: 10,000 km.
