Sydney City Toyota On Broadway Competition
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. The Promoter and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.
- Eligible participants will be required to complete an entry form and place it in the entry box located at Sydney City Toyota, corner Parramatta Road and Ross Street, Glebe between Friday 1st December 2006 and Sunday 3rd December 2006.
- The competition commences on Friday 1st December 2006 at 9am (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 3rd December 2006 at 5:00pm (AEST).
- One winner will be drawn at 12pm on Monday 4th December 2006 at Sydney City Toyota, corner Parramatta Road and Ross Street, Glebe. The winners will be notified by phone and will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 6th December 2006.
- The first valid entry drawn will win a Sony 32" V Series HD Bravia LCD TV. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the printing of these conditions and the date of the prize being claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters.
- The winner must be 18 years of age or over.
- The winner is responsible for any expenses incurred while collecting their prize.
- The total prize pool is valued at $2,999.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, must be taken as offered and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by The Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
- If the prize is not claimed by Monday 28 May 2007, the Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary at the same place as the original draw, on Wednesday 30 May 2007 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject to State Regulation, including Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations, 1993 (SA). Any winners will be notified by mail and published in The Australian Friday 1 June 2007.
