Pre Delivery Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: Provide management backup in the absence of the PD Manager and supervision of the daily functions of the Pre-delivery Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare repair orders
- Prepare daily Parts Requisitions
- Prepare sublet contractor orders
- Carry out Final inspection of vehicles prior to delivery
- Cost repair orders
- Preparation and submission of transit damage claims for Insurance companies
- Arrange transit damage repairs
- Prepare transport sublet orders and paperwork
- Prepare weekly payroll documentation
- Enter vehicle yard changes in computer
- To sign off on Final inspection of vehicles prior to delivery
Pre Delivery Technician
JOB SUMMARY: Provide Pre Delivery Inspection and accessory fitment to vehicles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect all vehicles for damage/shortages prior to bringing into workshop area
- Conduct PDI Inspection in accordance with Pre-delivery Service check sheets
- Record and report any abnormalities with vehicle
- Fit Genuine accessories as per any supplied instructions
- Fit Genuine Toyota Air-conditioning as required
- Record all work completed (or required) on job card
- Ability to fit in and work well with existing team
- Observe safe work practices within the workshop and storage area
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in a serviceable condition (report all faults)
Pre Delivery Detailer
JOB SUMMARY: Provide detailing and minor accessory fitment to vehicles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare vehicles to "showroom" condition as per the detailing process
- Fit minor accessories to vehicles as required
- Advise supervisor/management of any problem with vehicles so necessary rectification can be made
- Fit registration plates, labels and number plates frames as required
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
- Observe safe work practices within the workshop and storage area
