New and Pre Owned Sales Consultant
JOB SUMMARY: To assist the customer with their purchase, ensuring they are sold the vehicle which best suits their needs and budgetary limitations, whilst being mindful of the necessity to contribute to the overall profitability of the Dealership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets for volume and gross as determined by the Sales Manager and Managing Director
- Provide exceptional customer service through-out the buying experience and beyond.
- Maintain the "company image" through fair and honest trading practices.
- Handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Ensure that all paper work is in order.
- Maintain a professional image and presentation.
- Build ongoing relationships with customers.
- Assist in organisation of vehicle display.
- Attend and actively participate in all sales and product training.
- Utilise all systems. (eg Follow-up and prospecting.)
- Ensure that all efforts are made to maintain the optimum level of CSI for the Dealership
Aftermarket Consultant
JOB SUMMARY: To achieve sales targets as set by Management by using the full knowledge of goods and services which can be provided to the customer to enhance the buying experience, together with demonstrated sales ability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise on Toyota Genuine Accessories and outside supplier's product.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- To ensure that paperwork is precise, accurate and kept up to date.
- To present a neat and pleasant appearance, combined with a cheerful, friendly and bright personality.
- To utilise effective communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Input prospects into the follow-up system (internal computer system).
- Daily maintenance of the follow-up system, utilising in house computer system.
- In the absence of the Business Manager, assist with Finance and Insurance and Settlement of Deals.
- Inform Stock Controller and/or Sales Manager of any additional/late sales.
- Write up warranties and present them to customers at time of delivery.
- Assist with "floor customers".
- Taking and actioning customer complaints on aftermarket items; following up retail customers to ensure problem(s) are rectified to customer's satisfaction and to improve Dealership CSI result.
- Organising any repairs on aftermarket items eg. window tinting, alarms, paint protection.
Finance and Insurance / Business Manager
JOB SUMMARY: To control/operate/manage all aspects of the Finance and Insurance roles within the Dealership and to provide the highest level of Quality Customer Service to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finance, insurance and warranties sales
- Submission of finance deals to Toyota Finance.
- Preparation of all documentation for same.
- Settlements of all deals.
- Responsibility to ensure clear Revs tittle is present in the deal.
- Deal settlement statements.
- Cheque requisition, i.e. return, purchase and payouts.
- Check payouts on deals.
- Assisting in marketing of sales projects, i.e. After market sale.
- Keep records of finance, insurance and warranty sales.
- Prepare Toyota extra care monthly sale register.
- Issue receipts for sales of all vehicles.
- Issue invoices to outside financiers and Toyota Finance
- Check calculations on Retail Buyers order form, ensuring that they balance.
- Sale of Toyota Insurance.
Detailer / Yard Hand Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: Prepare vehicles to "show room" condition and ensure all vehicles are fueled with necessary registration requirements fitted prior to delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise the Vehicle Retail Sales Manager of any problems with vehicles prior to delivery so that the necessary steps can be taken for rectification of the problem.
- Fit accessories as required.
- Fit registration plates, surrounds and labels as required.
- Ensure that all floor stock is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with reorganising floor stock vehicles as required.
- Assist in the transfer of vehicles between Dealership sites as required.
- Assist in the registration process of vehicles as required.
