Toyota New Vehicle Sales Consultant
JOB SUMMARY: To assist the customer with their purchase, ensuring they are sold the vehicle which best suits their needs and budgetary limitations, whilst being mindful of the necessity to contribute to the overall profitability of the Dealership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets for volume and gross as determined by the Sales Manager and Managing Director
- Provide exceptional customer service through-out the buying experience and beyond.
- Maintain the "company image" through fair and honest trading practices.
- Handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Ensure that all paper work is in order.
- Maintain a professional image and presentation.
- Build ongoing relationships with customers.
- Assist in organisation of vehicle display.
- Attend and actively participate in all sales and product training.
- Utilise all systems. (eg Follow-up and prospecting.)
- Ensure that all efforts are made to maintain the optimum level of CSI for the Dealership
