"I have found the staff very accommodating on both occasions. From the person with whom I spoke to book the service, to the people who take care of my car. Everyone has been very polite and helpful. I was treated with great respect and my questions were addressed very quickly. On the most recent occasion, I used the courtesy bus to go into the city for the day. The bus driver was very friendly and punctual. He took us for a quick tour of the workshop during a delay with exiting the service centre. Just that little bit of extra attention goes a long way!"

Service Advisor was very helpful and even helped to carry my shopping to the car (I had a small baby with me too) and the service was quicker than I'd expected. It was all a very easy exercise.

I did not expect this advice about disarming the stolen key and still able to use my spare key. Wonderful job and I am very happy customer. Kept up to date on arrival and the process of pickup was all organised and we felt the same comfort as we did prior to buying. Sometimes once a sale is made the care factor decreases. This did not happen here.
