About the Role: As a Salesperson, you’ll be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers, guiding them through their vehicle buying journey, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable.

What We’re Looking For:

Role Description

$120,000 – $150,000+ OTE (Strong Commission Structure)

Full-Time + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

You will:

• Consult with a high volume of clients, providing expert finance and insurance solutions.

• Drive F&I penetration by aligning with our high-performing sales floor.

• Mentor and influence the sales team to sharpen their F&I awareness.

• Deliver a "Gold Standard" customer experience at every touchpoint.

Who You Are:

You are a closer with a "consultative" demeaner. You understand that F&I is the engine room of dealership profitability and you thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced floor.

Experienced: Deep knowledge of automotive retail F&I and current legislative requirements.

Driven: A "hunter" mindset when it comes to targets, but a "pro" when it comes to compliance.

Dynamic: You have the energy to lift the room and the communication skills to build instant rapport.

Flexible: Ready to work weekends (with Sunday loading) to capture peak trading periods.

Sydney City Toyota is renowned for the delivery of automotive excellence and unsurpassed service. We currently have an opportunity available for a qualified Automotive Technician to join our successful service department at our Waterloo Dealership.This position will see you performing a range of engine and mechanical tests to diagnose, repair and service vehicles.

Your day will consist of but is not limited to:

• Providing expert advice in relation to the mechanical condition of vehicles.
• Repairing mechanical parts of vehicles such as engine, transmission and suspension systems.
• Complete all aspects of mechanical repairs including clutches, gearbox repairs, brakes and especially diagnostic repairs.
• Providing guidance to apprentice technicians.

• A developed and extensive knowledge of vehicles (preferably Toyota) and the ability to work proactively in an autonomous environment
• A high attention to detail with a good work ethic
• A current & valid driver’s license Candidates will also hold a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle) and an unrestricted MVRIA license
